HOUSTON, TEXAS (November 1, 2011) —Abby’s Aircraft Catering and its divisions have implemented a new logo that gives their brand an attractive new image and a more recognizable identity.
The former logo, a green and white graphic of a chef positioned over a set of wings, served the company very well for 31 years. Now, due to the advancement of their business, the ownership made the decision to update the logo this year to keep pace with technology. The new logo is digital and allows the business to use it interchangeably in many different applications—everything from a website and collateral materials, to banners.
In addition, all of Abby’s divisions now have a separate individuality, yet complete within the brand. Each logo has a foundational base with a unique twist to the design that makes it identifiable in an instant. For example, Abby’s Aircraft Catering now has a sleek outline of an executive jet incorporated within the image, and the Corporate Catering division has an outline of a city skyline. Not surprising, Abby’s Deli & Take Out and Abby’s Catering have two symbols; a fork and a spoon.
“The logo is green and gold and contemporary and classy,” explains Ursula den Herder, President for the Abby’s Catering division. “Branding is so important for business growth. We are very excited about our new look.”
