Chef Young graduated from Le Cordon Bleu® Atlanta, with a diploma in baking and pastry arts. Prior to her new post at Abby’s, she held positions in notable bakeries, and private business dining clubs such as Capital City Club in Atlanta. She shares her thoughts about her new appointment to Abby’s.

Some of the desserts that the chef will prepare for Abby’s include, but are not limited to, Chocolate Mousse cake, Blueberry pie with lime marshmallow topping, Italian Cream cake, and Lemon Meringue combined with a layer of blueberry compote.
