A new loyalty application (app) for iPhones and Android is now available and allows customers and the general public to communicate with Abby’s on an easier platform. The existing loyalty program called ‘10 for $10’ has now been made accessible through current technology to earn loyalty points, free meals, birthday giveaways, etc. For example, when a customer purchases 10 meals or entrées, they receive a $10 credit towards their next meal.
Downloading the app is free. When a customer enters Abby’s Deli, they hand their phone to the cashier who then enters a four-digit code, which then syncs with their loyalty app card. Loyalty points are tabulated each time a customer purchases a meal.
The app also allows customers to view notable, daily specials, weekly or monthly promotions, and specific notifications. In addition, features include the ability to send Facebook posts straight onto the app, access the company website, and see images of menu items, just to name a few.
For three decades, Abby’s has been known for attention to detail through their gourmet cuisine and customer service aboard private and executive aircraft, at Abby’s Deli, and throughout their corporate catering and corporate cafeteria management divisions.
