Responsibilities
- Ensuring all food products are assembled to customer specifications.
- Complying with all food safety rules and regulations
- Meeting all kitchen ready times for all assigned flights
- Assist in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity.
- Responsible for overseeing employees’ day-to-day activities and assigning responsibility for specific work or Functional activities as directed by on-site management.
- Write schedules for the assigned team to ensure all productivity goals are met
- Responsible for daily shift briefings, orientation, and training of employees and new hires.
- Understands and follows all policies and procedures.
- Responsible for attending and promoting L-10 meetings
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
- Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
- Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
- Provide excellent customer service on a daily basis.
- Maintain excellent relations with employees in the department plus employees and peers in other departments.
- Determine manpower requirements and prepare 30, 60, and 90-day business plans to fulfill business needs.
- Communicate a vision for the department of creating a memorable, even amazing experience every day.
- Implement best practices, including the P.I.P. Process.
- Build a solid team foundation.

- The delivery is on time and complete; all process deadlines are fulfilled
- Comply with all HACCP/GMP and Abby’s catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures.
