We deliver to all airports in an around Houston including (HOU, IAH, EFD, CXO, DWH, SGR, TME, GLS, IWS, LVJ, AXH, EYQ, T41, UTS, LBX, BMT & BPT)
What is your cancellation policy?
Abby’s requires a six-hour notice to cancel an order and 12-hour notice for an order with specialty items not part of our inventory. Any cancellations after this six-hour mark will be subject to a 100% charge for the processed invoice. We always welcome any custom recipes per our client’s request. Because we must shop and spend extra time crafting these recipes, we require an eight-hour cancellation for such requests. Please note there is an additional surcharge for recipe requests. Any order that is placed with less than two hours notice will automatically be classified as an ASAP order and cannot be cancelled.
What kind of food do you prepare?
We have a very extensive menus consisting of regional favorites along with many types of international cuisines. We will prepare any dish to your customized request.
Do you have china available?
Yes, we can pre-plate your meals on our china, or if you wish, we can de-cater your flight and we will gladly plate your meals using your own china for an additional charge.
Can you accommodate special requests?
Of course, we can accommodate any dietary restrictions such as gluten free, sugar free, vegan, or vegetarian to name a few. Our chefs are well prepared to accommodate any special requests whether it is for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We also have our own dedicated Halal kitchen should you require Halal specific meals.
Do you offer high loader / large cabin aircraft service?
We’ll definitely can service your large cabin aircraft with our high loaders per your request. We have received many accolades from many VIP clients and worldwide dignitaries visiting Houston in their wide-bodied aircraft including 747s.
Can I get newspapers or magazines for my flight?
We offer many national and global newspapers of your choice, from Financial Times to The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, USA Today, Houston Chronicle, The Telegraph and much more. We also have the ability to print your preferred paper. We can special order any magazine with 24-hour notice.
Do you offer laundry service?
We offer laundry and dry cleaning services and many other first class amenities from floral arrangements to specialty shopping.
